Surprising final result on Saturday! The dominator of the 2018/19 season, Ryōyū Kobayashi, showed two strong jumps and thus secured his first World Cup victory this season. Only 0.3 points behind landed Poland's Andrzej Stękała, who celebrated the first podium finish of his career. Marius Lindvik came in 3rd, while his teammate Halvor Egner Granerud had to settle for 7th place. Markus Eisenbichler and Pius Paschke shared the 14th place as the best Germans.
On Sunday the ski jumping fans saw a familiar face in 1st place. Halvor Egner Granerud won once again this winter. Anze Lanisek and Robert Johansson completed the podium. Dr. Peter Kruijer from the Oberstdorf Ski Club is the new President of the Four Hills Tournament. The presidents of the partner clubs from Oberstdorf, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Innsbruck and Bischofshofen appointed the 63-year-old as successor to Johann Pichler (Bischofshofen), who held the office for the past three years. At the same time, the office of the Four Hills Tournament will also move from Bischofshofen to Oberstdorf.
