The fact that the career of ski jumping legend Noriaki Kasai is unique is now once again demonstrated by another award.
Guiness World Records awarded the 47-year-old Japanese for the most individual starts in the FIS Ski Jumping World Cup. The Japanese competed in 569 individual jumping competitions between 1988 and 2020. And the legend would like to jump further to extend his record.
But the award is not the first honour in the Guiness World Record book. Kasai has already received awards for his eight Olympic and 13 World Cup participations in the past.go back
