Tschofenig wins twice at the World Cup on the largest ski jumping hill.

The World Cup weekend in Willingen began with the mixed team competition. The Norwegian team secured victory ahead of Austria and Germany. With 1070.8 points, Thea Minyan Bjørseth, Kristoffer Eriksen Sundal, Eirin Maria Kvandal and Johann André Forfang were the clear winners. The Austrian team consisted of Lisa Eder, Jan Hörl, Jacqueline Seifriedsberger and Daniel Tschofenig, who collected 1031.4 points. Katharina Schmid, Philipp Raimund, Selina Freitag and Andreas Wellinger made up the German team and collected 988.8 points.

Anze Lanisek won the qualification for Saturday's competition ahead of Daniel Tschofenig and Johann André Forfang.
Daniel Tschofenig won the evening competition with 288.9 points ahead of Anze Lanisek (284.9 points) and his compatriot Maximilian Ortner (275.9 points). Kevin Bickner finished tenth with 258.2 points, his best World Cup result.
Sunday 02.02.2025
Anze Lanisek also won the Sunday qualification. Johann André Forfang was second. Third place was shared by Philipp Raimund and Marius Lindvik.
Daniel Tschofenig won the competition once again. The overall World Cup leader jumped 310.5 points. Johann Andrré Forfang finished behind him in second place with 305.1 points. Jan Hörl came third with 289.5 points.
