Oberstdorf: Kraft wins in front of two of his teammates

At the first competition of the Four Hills, the Austrians were once again able to celebrate a triple success. With 335.1 points, Stefan Kraft was able to prevail against his teammates Jan Hörl (331.6 points) and Daniel Tschofenig (323.6 points). After the first run, Kraft led the standings. Daniel Tschofenig was able to improve from seventh to third place with a dream jump of 140.5 meters.
Karl Geiger, who came in to the second round as a lucky loser, made up ten places on his home hill. The overall World Cup leader, Pius Paschke, had to settle for fourth place. The arena of the große Schattenbergschanze was again sold out with 25,500 spectators.
