The hill record holder of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Innsbruck will retire after this season! 🔚
The Austrian legend was part of 16 (!) 4 hills tournaments over the years. His greatest overall successes came in 2014/15 with second and 2015/16 with third place.
Unforgettable are his record breaking jumps at the Bergisel in 2015 and at the Neujahrsskispringen this year!

He explained his decision: “The decision to call it a day is obviously not one you can make overnight. Over the last few months, I've had the gut feeling more and more that the end of this season is the perfect time to end my career in good spirits, have time for my family and look forward to something new.”
