The large Schattenbergschanze in the world championship ski jumping arena in Oberstdorf is one of the most important ski jumping hills in the world. It attracts over 40,000 spectators every year for the opening competition of the Four Hills Tournament. The world champions were also crowned on the Schattenbergschanze in 2021 as part of the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships Oberstdorf/Allgäu.

Numerous other World Cup events in Nordic combined, women's ski jumping and cross-country skiing also attract thousands of visitors to Oberstdorf every year. If you are unable to use public transport to get to Oberstdorf, you can of course also get there by car. Please pay attention to the guidance system on arrival and follow the instructions of our stewards. Use of the event parking lot is subject to a charge of € 10.00 per vehicle.
Important: The emptying of the event parking lots in the immediate vicinity of the stadium only begins approx. 30-40 minutes after the end of the event.
